← How to start
Step 1 · One-Decision Diagnostic

Start with one decision. Watch your own numbers answer.

You choose the decision that weighs most today. In 7 to 10 days it gets a clear answer, from the data the company already has, and your team learns to keep that answer alive. It's the first proof that data changes results, and the start of a journey that moves at your pace.

Duration
7 to 10 days
Focus
One decision, chosen by you
Delivery
An answer, a value and what to do

You get the available days and times by e-mail and choose the one that suits you best.

Where to start

One decision at a time. You choose the first one.

You don't need to understand data to choose. Just point to what is decided on gut feeling today and costs a lot when it goes wrong.

How it works

Two meetings, with your data working in between.

  1. Day 1

    Kickoff meeting

With the decision maker and whoever handles the numbers. Using examples from your sector, we show what data can answer, and we choose the decision together.

Learning: what to ask your numbers.
  2. Days 2 to 7

    Your data answers

We ask for one or two data extracts that already exist and answer the chosen question. No new system and no long project.

  3. Days 8 to 10

    Results meeting

We present the answer and show the team how to read and update the number without depending on GFACTOR.

Learning: how to read and maintain the number.
The kickoff meeting starts here

Seven questions to find the right decision.

They separate what bothers you from what really costs money. It's worth answering them now, even before talking to GFACTOR.

  1. Which decision would you like to make with more confidence today, but your data doesn't allow it?
  2. How much does that decision impact you financially?
  3. How do you handle it today?
  4. How much time does your team spend finding out?
  5. Who is responsible for it?
  6. Has it already become an issue in a board meeting?
  7. If you solved it in the next 30 days, what would change?
What you get

One page. One answer. One next step.

The answer

What your data says about the chosen decision, in plain language.

What it's worth

The estimated value in reais, calculated with your company's numbers.

What to do on Monday

Two or three practical actions, each with an owner.

A prepared team

Whoever handles the numbers leaves knowing how to read and update the answer.

And the other decisions? The traffic light

Along with the answer, you get a quick read of the other decisions: does the data to answer them exist? Does there seem to be money there?

A journey that evolves

The first proof opens the way. The rest evolves at your pace.

  1. 1 · Proof

    One-Decision Diagnostic

One important decision answered with your data, with the team learning along the way.

  2. 2 · Expansion

    Analytical Clarity Project

The first answer becomes routine, or the next decision on the traffic light gets its answer.

  3. 3 · Routine

Data & Analytics as a Service

The month's decisions supported by data, continuously.

You decide if and when to move forward. Each stage delivers value on its own.

What we need from you

  • The decision maker, present at the kickoff and at the results meeting.
  • One contact person to give access to the data.
  • One or two data extracts that already exist. They don't need to be organized.

What the diagnostic is not

  • It's not a system implementation.
  • It's not a new dashboard.
  • It doesn't require you to understand data.
  • It's not a study of the whole company. It's one decision, well answered.
Frequently asked questions
I don't know which decision to choose. Now what?

We choose together at the kickoff meeting, based on the seven questions and the pains that weigh most today.

My data is a mess. Can we still do it?

Yes. The diagnostic starts from what exists today, and the traffic light shows what's missing for the next decisions.

How much does it cost?

The investment is presented in the conversation, according to the company's size and the chosen decision.

What happens to the company's data?

It's used only for the diagnostic, in compliance with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD). The work can be done under a confidentiality agreement.

Do I need to move on to step 2 afterwards?

No. The answer and the plan stay with you, and the team leaves prepared to maintain the number.
